Hello, Pat,
If you wish to remove a single track from among several,
you can check the boxes in the delete column. If you wish
to remove all custom tracks, you can do a cart reset:
http://genome.ucsc.edu/cgi-bin/cartReset
This will also reset all your browser tracks to their
default values.
There is no way to remove all custom tracks while maintaining
you existing your other browser settings, though it is a good
idea. I will add it to the list of features for future
implementation.
