[Genome] Including our tracks

hi David,
We'd be pleased to include your custom tracks on our custom tracks
page in the Genome Browser. To do so, I will need:
- access to your custom tracks on a publicly accessible server
- a few lines describing your data set, people/institutions who
should be acknowledged, an associated paper (if any)
- (optional) a track description page(s) -- modeled after the
those used for built-in Genome Browser tracks -- that I can link
to your custom tracks
