[Genome] UCSC Genome Browser can't locate certain accession numbers present in GenBank

Dear Lee Tuan Meng,

The reason for this is that these accession numbers beginning with "CR"
are for sequences from Invitrogen. We heard that some of these Invitrogen
cDNA sequences had been altered to make them identical to the NCBI human
genome assembly sequence. Therefore they can not be trusted as
representing mRNA transcripts. So we decided to exclude all of these
accessions from our Genbank sequence alignments.

I hope that this helps you. Please let us know if you have further
questions.

Rachel
