[Genome] D. melanogaster data

Leo,

The next assembly of D. melanogaster (dm3, Apr. 2006) is currently going 
through QA and should be available to the public within a few weeks.

Meanwhile, you can take a look at the dm3 browser on our test server, 
http://genome-test.cse.ucsc.edu/ but keep in mind that data found there 
have not gone through our rigorous QA process and may contain errors.
