Good Afternoon Jin:

Create the html page description you want to display.
Place this page in the source tree trackDb hierarchy in the same
directory as the trackDb.ra file where you added your track.
Give the name to this file the same name as your track name
as specified in the trackDb file, with .html extension.

Example, the trackDb.ra file says:

track myNewTrack
...

Implies an html file name:  myNewTrack.html

When you run the 'make' in the trackDb hierarchy to reload the trackDb
table, this html file will be picked up and placed in the description.
