[Genome] sequence retrieval

hi genome gurus,

i have a text file of genome intervals in the current human genome release 
(each line is something like "1   90000 91000 +" referring to the W 
strand, chromosome 1, positions 90000-91000) and would like to download 
the corresponding bits of sequence via a batch query/file/program.  can 
someone tell me a reasonable way to do this?
