[Genome] Opossum's genome version

Hello,
 
I have encountered a problem while working with the "Vertebrate Multiz
Alignment & ConservationVertebrate Multiz Alignment & Conservation". It is
mentioned in the UCSC website that the alignments are based on the Opossum
publication version "opossum (Jun 2005, monDom2)". However, the opossum's
genome which is available for download from the site is of version "Jan.
2006 (monDom4)" or "Oct. 2004 (monDom1)" and these are also the versions
which are available in the Blat search option.
 
I would really appreciate it if you can explain to me where I can get the
version used for the multiple alignment and how can I use Blat with this
version.
