Hello again Graeme & Nick,

	I forgot to mention that you can download the raw guinea pig sequence 
data from our development server.  Note that these files have not been 
through our QA process.

cavPor2.agp.gz - Description of how the assembly was generated from
     fragments.

cavPor2.fa.gz - "Soft-masked" assembly sequence in one file.
     Repeats from Windowmasker are shown in lower case
