[Genome] quetion regarding the table browser

Asaf,

To get just the lines of hg18.affyHumanExon that you are interested in, 
you could copy all of the names from the affyHumanExon.name column that 
you are interested in and then use those names to limit your search of 
affyHumanExon table.

For example, if you were interested in the following affyHumanExon.names:

2315101
2390547
2315102
2315103
2390549

You could use the Table Browser with the following options:

clade: Vertebrate
genome: Human
assembly: Mar. 2006
group: Expression and Regulation
track: Affy All Exon
table: affyHumanExon
region: genome
identifiers: paste list.  --Here paste in

2315101
2390547
2315102
2315103
2390549

or which ever items you are interested in.

output format: all fields from selected table.

By saying "all fields from selected table" you'll pick up the expScores 
column.
