[Genome] Zebrafish sequence question

zgc:154001 is listed in your database in 2 different locations (chr1 at 1.7 and 1.8 Mb).  When I did a BLAT search with the protein sequence, both come up.  It turns out that the amino half of the protein is in one location, and the carboxyl half is in the other location, and reverse orientation.  Could this be a misaligned contig?  Can you help me sort this out?
