[Genome] custom track submission

Hi Kendy, good to hear from you. Thanks very much for offering
additional data. Any of the options you describe below should work fine,
it's really your preference. The only other possibility to consider
would be to change your color format to match our Structural Variation
track. Note we now have that track for both hg17 and hg18. Lars Feuk
from Steve Scherer's group did the work to move the data to hg18, I'm sure he
would like to have your data included as well.
