[Genome] improbizer question

hi,
I have a question on a kent/src program, I hope
this is the right place for it.
I am using ameme locally and no matter
which option I send to ameme it always
includes reverse complement
I have tried rcToo=off,FALSE, on, TRUE

any suggestions?
typical command line 

 ~/bin/x86_64/ameme  good=test.seq  numMotifs=4
background=m2 motifOutput=test.out html=test.html
gif=test.gif rcToo=FALSE
