[Genome] test browser - an expression track isn't working

Hi,

When using the test browser to view chr16:16050924-16324815 and turn  
all Gene Expression tracks on, I get the following error:

wigSetItemData: can't open file '/gbdb/hg18/wib/ 
regPotential7X.wib' (No such file or directory)
