[Genome] refseq annotation tables

To whom this may concern,
Could you please point me towards the proper table where Refseq "NR_" are defined. I can not find the data in the refgene or reflink tables for human hg18.

Richard,
The refSeq IDs that start with XM or XP are "experimental" and we filter
them out. To find refSeq IDs that start with NP you can look to the
protAcc column in the refLink table.
