[Genome] error message for bosTau3

Got the same error on bosTau3 yesterday- BLAT works but the sequence
retrieval seems to have a problem with file retrieval.

On UCSC genome test server, the bosTau3 assembly recently always gave
out the following error message. Is it normal? 

"External file /gbdb/genbank/./data/processed/genbank.158.0/full/mrna.fa
cannot be opened or has wrong size. Old size 1612379211, new size -1,
error No such file or directory"
