Hello,
We used to be able to enter multiple SNP names in the browser separated
by semicolons (rs4339976;rs17769532) and get the interval including them.
This is now impossible as the same SNP names are more than one source
and we get the message "rs4339976 not uniquely determined (7 locations)
-- can't do multi-position search."
Is there a way around that?
Dimitri
BTW I should mention that in my opinion the UCSC genome browser is the
best there is and has remained so for at least the last 7 years.
