[Genome] ucsc custom track

Hi,
I am loading a custom track onto the UCSC browser, and I noticed that in
order  to change the color of the tracks, I had to modify an instruction
that has three numbers separated by commas (e.g. 200,100,0).  Is there a
key anywhere for me to know how these numbers correlate with colors?  I'm
not familiar with this scale.
