Hi, Jay.  I'm not affiliated with UCSC, but I thought I would take a
stab at answering.  The two largest databases for microarray data are:

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/geo

and

http://www.ebi.ac.uk/arrayexpress/

Between the two of them, their collections comprise over 200,000 array
results.
