Hello Homa,
A "cart reset" will get the Genome Browser back to normal (be aware that
any uploaded data and saved settings will be lost, though). To do it,
either find the "click here to reset" link in the Genome Browser
Gateway, or simply follow this link:
http://genome.ucsc.edu/cgi-bin/cartReset
You can then try reloading your data into Genome Graphs. If this still
causes an error, there could be something in the data that is causing
it. If you would like, you can send us the data you are trying to
upload (or just a portion of it that will still cause the error), and we
will try to determine what is happening. You can just send the sample
data to me -- no need to cc the whole list.
