[Genome] Request for the ENCODE phased data

Hello Min,

I assume you are talking about the phased HapMap genotypes for the 
ENCODE regions. It has been pointed out to me that these data aren't 
available separately from the genome-wide phased genotype files, which 
are available here:

http://www.hapmap.org/downloads/phasing/2006-07_phaseII/
