[Genome] About fetching bulk results of microRNA target prediction

Hello JW,

	The track you're interested in is available on the previous human 
assembly (May 2004 -- we call it hg17).  Choose that assembly from the 
website gateway, then navigate down to the track called "picTar miRNA" 
in the "Expression and Regulation" section of the track controls.
