[Genome] Source accession numbers for assemblies?

Hello, browser team!

    The NISC sequencing center is preparing to submit medical sequencing
traces to the NCBI trace archive, and one field we need to include is
the NCBI chromosome accession from which we designed our PCR primers.
The only thing we're currently tracking in our database is the UCSC
assembly code (e.g., "hg17") and the chromosome. Do you have a way for
us to download accession numbers/versions for each chromosome of each of
your assemblies (e.g., hg17 chr1 => NC_00001.9, hg17 chr2 =>
NC_00002.10)? I couldn't find this info in the table browser, but I'm
guessing you have it somewhere.

    Thanks for all your great work!
