[Genome] Database queries

Hello,

I'm a student in John Greally's lab at AECOM. We set up a local mirror
of the hg17 genome database last April, and just found that some of the
tables in the current version of the database on the public mysql server
are different from those in our local mirror (encodeUncFairePeaks and
phastConsElements for example). I started running one of my faire peaks
data gathering script with a connection to your public MySQL server
rather than our local mirror to check for differences in the results.
The queries are pretty simple, but the script do make a lot of them. I
don't anticipate it taking more than a few hours. If this is a problem,
please let me know.

Thanks,

Jacob Glass
