[Genome] RepeatMasker hg18 .align files

Dear Michael,
I can put these .align files out for you to download for hg18. I have
compressed them and most of them are about 50-350 Mb in size
for each chromosome. The .align files were created using contigs so the
coordinates in these files refer to contigs and not to chromosomes.
There is a file called liftAll.zip which gives the location of the contigs
on the chromosomes. liftAll.zip may be downloaded from:
http://hgdownload.cse.ucsc.edu/goldenPath/hg18/bigZips/
I will let you know the location from which the files may be downloaded.
