Dear Mike,

The PicTar microRNA target predictions are on the hg17 (May 2004) Browser
for human and on the mouse mm7 (Aug. 2005) Browser. You may download the
data from our downloads server or using the Table Browser (through the
Tables link on the top blue menu bar).
To obtain the data from our downloads server, go to:
http://hgdownload.cse.ucsc.edu/downloads.html

and follow the link to the appropriate organism. Under each assembly, you
will find a link to the "Annotation database" with downloads of all the
tables in that assembly's database. For hg17, there are data files called
picTarMiRNA4Way.txt and picTarMiRNA5Way.txt and for mm7, the tables are
picTarMiRNAChicken.txt and picTarMiRNADog.txt.

Descriptions of the data may be found on the description pages for these
tracks.

I hope that this helps you. If you have further questions, please don't
hesitate to ask - it is no trouble.

Rachel
