[Genome] PicTar target predictions, human

Sorry to trouble you.
I have successfully located and downloaded the PicTar microRNA target 
predictions (from the Table Browser, track - PicTar miRNA) for worm and fly.
Now I would like to do the same thing for human and mouse, but I 
can't find the equivalent tracks - just what look like the microRNA 
source locations.
Am I missing something?
