[Genome] Updates of annotaitions

Hello
 
We are using refFlat and refLink tables for human in our application. We
map the different genes on  different genome versions : hg16 hg17 -hg18.
 
For now we are updating the hg18 regularly by downloading  refFlat and
refLink files. Then we realised that those files have a recent date in
the hg16 and h17 directories.
 
Does it means that you continue to update annotations on those old
genome versions: hg10 and hg17?
