[Genome] Comprehensive annotation table for mRNA sequences

Dear support:

I would like to obtain the most comprehensive annotation table for human 
mRNAs
from UCSC.

I downloaded knownGene and refgene, but none of these two tables contain all
the mRNAs that are displayed on the Genome Browser interface.

Could you kindly point me to the appropriate downloadable table(s) ?
