[Genome] Just a (trivial) question regarding the size of gaps....

Hello JC,

The gap size information is displayed on the "details" page for each 
gap.  To see it, be sure that the Gap track is set to "full" or "pack" 
in the Genome Browser.  Then click on the gap for which you would like 
to see more information.  Here is part of the information displayed for 
the first gap in the region you indicate:

Gap in Sequence

Gap Type: fragment
Bridged: yes
Position: chr1:111275861-111276408
Band: 1q22
Genomic Size: 548

. . . so the size of this gap is 548 bases.
