Hello P,

We do not store the alt-splicing images; they are drawn as needed by the
Genome Browser from the data in the table.

If you would like to recreate the alt-splicing images yourself, our
programs are available freely for academic, nonprofit, and personal use:

http://genome.ucsc.edu/FAQ/FAQdownloads#download27

If you are interested in doing this, one of our developers suggests
looking at doAltGraphXDetails() in kent/src/hg/hgc/hgc.c to get started.

I hope this information is helpful. Please contact us again if you have
further questions.
