[Genome] Wiggle display of custom annotations

Good Morning Thomas:

This sounds like something may be incorrect in the declarations on your
track definition line.  Or perhaps a problem with the chrom names
you are using, maybe an upper vs. lower case issue.

A 42Mb file with 780,000 lines is not large and if there had been difficulty
loading it you would have received some kind of error message.
