[Genome] Wiggle display of custom annotations

Hello Thomas,
There is no defined limit for the size of a custom track
file. However in practice, the file upload can be limited by the
speed of your internet connection. I can check for
other problems if you can provide me (email me directly)
with the URL for your custom track file.
