[Genome] chimp allele of human sequence position

Yan,

You can use our liftOver tool (click on "Utilities" on the blue bar on 
the left-hand side of the main page) to convert coordinates from one 
assembly to another.  Using the pulldown menus on the liftOver page, you 
can lift from hg16 (human July 2003 assembly) to panTro1 (chimp Nov. 
2003 assembly).   However, there is a newer chimp assembly, panTro2 
(chimp, March 2006).  You may want to lift from hg16 to hg17 first, and 
then from hg17 to panTro2.
