[Genome] decode identifiers on genome graphs

Hello Horia,

	Yes, you can upload deCODE markers to Genome Graphs.  You need to set up your 
input file like so with the name of the deCODE marker and then the associated value:

D0S14950 1
D0S14951 2
D0S14951 3
D0S14951 1
D0S17713 2
D0S17713 3
D0S17714 1
D0S17714 2
D0S17714 3

	The Genome Graphs tool will map those marker names to the stsMap table in the 
assembly.  Once you return to the Genome Graphs tool, simply choose your data 
set name from the drop-down list and it will be graphed by the tool.  For more
