[Genome] Question about intersecting two BED files

Hi,

I wonder whether there is a command-line program available to intersect 
two BED files, similarly to what is done in the Table Browser with the 
intersect function? The output would be, for example, all records in BED 
file 1 that have any overlap with BED file 2.
