[Genome] Moving tracks

Hello,

We are tiling across the phox2b interval in zebrafish, evaluating
every amplicon in zebrafish. Now as we pursue the post hoc
bioinformatics we have discovered a problem with the most recent
build of the zebrafish (2006) - the locus has been inappropriately
duplicated within the same chromosome. The people at Sanger are now
aware of this but are not making progress on remedying it. The 2005
build looks great but it does not have the benefit of multiZ and
phastcons tracks that incorporate opossum and xenopus. I would really
like to have the updated opposum, chimp, and x. tropicalis tracks
available. Is there any convenient way to get these tracks placed on
the 2005 build?

Thanks so much,
David
