[Genome] BLAT hits overlaps

Hello,

I'm looking for whole gene duplications in human- hits that don't  
overlap. I was wondering if you would consider the following two BLAT  
hits as a duplication- their start and end location seem to overlap,  
but they are on opposite strands- does it matter in that case?
