[Genome] BLAT questions

Hi UCSC Browser:  We would like to look at the distribution of a 14 
bp sequence that is present ~700 times in the C. elegans genome. 
BLAT appears to require at least 18 nt, and the tutorial says >21 nt 
is better.  Is there a way we can get the distribution of our 14-mer 
without flanking sequence?
