[Genome] underlay

Hello Tim,

We do not currently have a feature like this.  However, it has been 
requested by users in the past, and we are currently considering ways 
the feature or something like it could be implemented.  I do not have an 
estimated completion date at this time.

Thank you for your input on improving the Genome Browser.
