[Genome] Possible WIG display bug?

Hello

If I'm missing something obvious I apologize in advance, but two of us have
looked at this, and we think that we're seeing odd behaviour.

I've attached a txt file with two fixedStep regions declared in a single
track. When I submit this as a custom track file, it's accepted by the
genome browser. I've attached a PDF screenshot (hg18) that shows that only
the second region displays, while the first region shows nothing. The track
header line was taken from your web help page's example file, with graphType
reset to 'bar'.

Is this file flagging a problem, or have we made a mistake in the file?
