[Genome] Human Exon Coordinate List

Dear UCSC Genome Team,

I would like to obtain a list of all human gene coordinates that  
includes all exon coordinates. I hope to have each exon labeled in a  
unique way. I would also like the exons to be grouped by they gene  
they belong to so that it's easy to either choose the coordinates for  
the whole gene or for each individual exon.

Is such a database available on the UCSC genome browser? And if so,  
can you please direct me how to download it? I have tried looking  
around for such a list and searched your FAQ archive but I haven't  
had any luck.
