Hello Susan,
We do not have a cosmid annotation track, but we do have a track that
displays Fosmid end pairs on the human browser. Navigate to the human
genome browser (starting here:
http://genome.ucsc.edu/cgi-bin/hgGateway?org=Human&db=hg18), then turn
on the annotation track entitled "Fosmid End Pairs". Click on any pair
to see details about its alignment to the human genome.
Clones are available through the BACPAC Resources Center at Children's
Hospital Oakland Research Institute (CHORI).

Good luck with your work.
Regards,
----------
