[Genome] Snp schema

Hi,

The SNP schema from
http://genome.ucsc.edu/goldenPath/gbdDescriptions.html#Snp
And the snp data files I downloaded from
http://hgdownload.cse.ucsc.edu/goldenPath/hg18/database/snp126.txt.gz 
http://hgdownload.cse.ucsc.edu/goldenPath/mm8/database/snp126.txt.gz 
Don't really match.

Please let me know if I was looking at the wrong place for the schema or
please send me an updated one. Thanks.
