[Genome] size limit of BED files?

Hi,
I am trying to upload a custom track to the genome browser, and I get  
the error message: "Can't read file".  I have uploaded BED files  
before, and this BED file was made in the same way.  The only  
difference is that it is much larger: it has 7.2 million lines and is  
565 MB in size.  Is this file just too big?  Any help is appreciated.
