[Genome] liftOver number of conversion

Hello Domenico,

	There is no hard limit imposed within the liftOver tool.  I wonder if, perhaps, 
line 75 of your input file has an error.  If you would like me to take a look at 
it, feel free to send it to me (no need to cc the entire list) and let me know 
what assembly you are lifting to/from.
