[Genome] horse genome

Dear UCSC team!

 

I just discovered that you posted a first release of the horse genome. Now I was wondering whether there is a possibility to retrieve all predicted protein sequences from the ftp server. We are working on proteins from horses and rely for mass spectrometric identifications on homologies to other species which are already completely sequenced. It would help a lot to search against the predicted protein sequences from horse, even if there are still gaps.
