[Genome] (no subject)

Hello,

I was referred to this site by a ucsc professor, but have never used  
it before. I am attempting to align and edit raw sequence data  
obtained in my lab (in .abi format). Is there a tool on this site  
that will allow me to do this? Any help would be much appreciated.
