[Genome] snp_126 hg18 track issue

Hi there Browsers

I've found a strange SNP in hg18: For  rs565585, the browser display 
shows the positive strand base to be C
I click it, and then it claimes the reference allele is a `G', and that 
it is a negative strand snp and the dbSNP allele is a `C' (I would think 
it would be a T)

Why does this happen?
