[Genome] Alt splicing track

Hello Schragi,

	Glad to hear you like the Alt Splicing track.  We have created that track for 
several human assemblies and one mouse assembly (mm7).

	You can read the details about any track by pressing the blue or gray 
mini-button to the left of the track display, or by clicking on the hyper link 
of the track name in the track controls (in this case: Alt-Splicing).  The 
description page provides details about the methods used to create the track.

	Although we will probably provide this track for future human assemblies (and 
possibly mouse as well), I don't think it is our plan to create it for other 
species.
