Hello Yongmei,

We have a pairwise alignment between canFam2 and rheMac2 on our test
server, http://genome-test.cse.ucsc.edu/ . This was made last year for
a project here at UCSC and was not made available on the public server.

One of our developers dumped the netRheMac2 table to a downloadable file
for you (along with the .sql file). You can get them here:

http://genome-test.cse.ucsc.edu/goldenPath/canFam2/database/netRheMac2.sql
http://genome-test.cse.ucsc.edu/goldenPath/canFam2/database/netRheMac2.txt.gz

Keep in mind that, in general, the test server contains a lot of
untested and experimental tracks.

Please let us know if you have any further questions about these data.
